YDM has many active chapters throughout the state. Our chapters are structured as follows:
County Chapters: These chapters are determined by county (or city, for Baltimore City) borders and a member must work, live or go to school in this county to be eligible for membership.
College Chapters: Any college in the state is eligible to create a Democrats club/organization in their school ane become chartered under YDM.
High School Chapters: Any High School chapter who is interested in chartering with YDM must charter under their local chapter to become a recognized chapter under YDM
